EVANS CREEK LODGE

Monday through Thursday, the Lodge is home to Wellness Beyond Words, a mind/body counseling private practice operated by Lodge owner Jeremy Fulwiler.

 

Availability

Thursday evening through Sunday (as well as Mondays after 7pm, and occasional mornings), the Lodge is available to rent for individual use, groups, workshops, trainings and retreats.

 

The Space & Parking

​

The space available to rent is approximately 1500 sq. ft., consisting of two large rooms (one conference room and one open large room, both with gas fireplaces), two smaller rooms (one four-season sunroom over-looking the wooded area and one room with a bed, a kitchenette, and one bathroom (no shower). Also included is a deck with access to the beautiful wooded area & creek behind the Lodge. On-site parking accommodates up to 13 vehicles.

 

Our Two-Tiered Fee Schedule

Commercial Enterprises, Corporations and Social Events

• Rental is by the day @ $500 first calendar day and $400 for subsequent days

Community/Healing-Focused offerings by individual or partner facilitation

• Rental by hour: $40 ($100 minimum) - Discounts available for recurring events

• Rental by day: $250 for first calendar day, $200 for each additional day

• Saturdays are available as full-day rental only.

Renters may be individuals or groups, and are asked to provide an overview of their plans for the rental period and a $50-150 security deposit (depending on rental length).​
